Business Development Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Arihant AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and sales for our Recruitment Outsourcing and ERP Consultation, Development, and Implementation Services.
• Identify potential clients and develop new business relationships with them.
• Conduct market research and identify trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Meet sales targets and ensure that the company's revenue targets are met or exceeded.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide them with suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase visibility and sales.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role in the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sound knowledge of recruitment outsourcing and ERP consultation, development, and implementation services.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
