Do Internships at Arihant AI Lead to Career Opportunities?
Our internships are designed around practical, hands-on learning on production-grade systems. Interns work directly on real enterprise ERP modules, client requirements, and modern AI workflows. While a permanent job offer is not guaranteed, interns who demonstrate exceptional ownership and technical aptitude may be evaluated for full-time opportunities based on organization requirements. Both 6-month and 12-month tenure options are supported.
Not necessarily. Internships at Arihant AI are structured first and foremost to provide rigorous industrial training and hands-on project exposure. You work directly on real enterprise software modules and Gen AI workflows under senior engineering mentorship.
While a full-time job offer is not guaranteed, candidates who demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignment may be considered for permanent employment based on company requirements.
We evaluate full-time conversions through transparent, merit-based milestones:
- Production Code Quality & Cleanliness: Writing maintainable Python, JavaScript, or Odoo modules that follow company standards and pass automated test suites.

- Delivery Reliability: Completing assigned sprint tasks and pull requests within agreed timelines.

Standard internships run for 3 to 6 months depending on the specific role and your academic calendar. For students completing university-mandated final semester internships (e.g. 8th-semester B.Tech/BE or final semester MCA), we tailor the schedule to match your university duration.
Exceptional candidates who master our stack early may be fast-tracked to permanent full-time employment offers even before completing the full 6 months.

We operate as a high-velocity collaborative team building mission-critical enterprise systems. Daily whiteboard sessions, rapid architectural feedback, and direct pair-programming with senior developers are foundational to our engineering speed. Remote or Work-From-Home (WFH) applications are not accepted.
