About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to manage our day-to-day office tasks, handle client scheduling, and maintain our social media presence. This is an entry-level position at our Prahlad Nagar office, and freshers are highly welcome to apply. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn above all else.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Task Management: Keep daily office operations running smoothly and help the internal team track their tasks.

  • Client & Appointment Management: Answer client emails/messages, manage company calendars, and schedule meetings.
  • Social Media Handling: Plan, create, and schedule regular updates on our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram).

What We Are Looking For

  • ​Any Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree (Fresh graduates are encouraged!).
  • ​Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • ​Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • ​Basic comfort using tools like Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets), WhatsApp, and standard social media platforms.
